COACHING
I’ve been coaching fitness and wellness for more than 20 years now, and truly believe I’m just beginning to learn, understand and focus on things that really matter. And still trying to figure out what fitness looks like for myself, in addition to those I coach.
I grew up being outside, playing everything and anything, climbing trees, riding dirt bikes, cutting wood, working with my hands and rocking bare feet. I loved movement. I loved exploring and discovering. I loved fitness as the outcome, not the goal, or “play” as some would call it. I loved doing all these things with others. I still do. I'm doing my best to understand before being understood. To hear the wants and needs of those I get to coach, and to appreciate their unique wiring, motivations and journeys. The fitness part often becomes easier when the why get clearer and higher.
